The Hustle Is Female

The Hustle Is Female is an online media for ambitious women. The project was launched in August 2017 by the Founder & CEO of RANOK, Bozhena Sheremeta.

It was her own blog about female entrepreneurship and empowerment first. However, later Bozhena hired an SMM manager and designer and started monetizing the project by increasing the following on social media and selling advertising placements on the project’s social media pages and website to brands

The key to The Hustle Is Female’s success on social media is knowing precisely what content our audience loves. We create various types of content - static designs, live interviews, story takeovers with invited experts, videos, stories, reels, carousels, etc.
We first got viral growth on Facebook (+8,000 followers and over 3 million accounts reached within one month) in September 2018 when we posted a video about Oprah Winfrey. After that, we have been putting into the spotlight stories of many other inspiring ambitious women
