Goals
Nutroo app was relaunched with new functionality at the beginning of 2021. The developers wanted to re-introduce the app on the market, attract a new audience on social media, get installs and first subscriptions to test the efficiency of the purchase funnel in the app.

RANOK team has developed an SMM strategy first and spent two months doing SMM maintenance for the project

Within two months of SMM maintenance by the RANOK team, Nutroo:
got 183 app installs

gained 338 new Facebook followers from the US

reached over 40,000 unique US-based users on Facebook and Instagram via organic and paid content

AFTER A RADICAL UPDATE OF OUR APPLICATION, WE NEEDED TO CREATE OUR OWN TONE OF VOICE, A UNIQUE IDENTITY THAT WOULD DISTINGUISH US FROM STRONG COMPETITORS IN MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS. RANOK TEAM WASN’T THE FIRST WE SPOKE TO ABOUT OUR TASKS AND CHALLENGES, BUT WE IMMEDIATELY REALIZED THAT WE HAD CHOSEN PEOPLE WITH THE MINDSET CLOSEST TO OURS, A FAST AND EFFICIENT TEAM THAT IS RESPONSIBLE, COMPETENT, AND STICKS TO ITS OWN AND CLIENT’S KPIS.

THE TEAM MANAGER MET US HALFWAY MORE THAN ONCE, WHICH IS A GREAT SIGN OF TRUST.
